The following fees are not required. We HIGHLY encourage agents to upload their own documents. We understand you are busy, so we offer an office upload for a nominal fee. You may also create your own advertising. Outside artwork must contain the flavor of the brand and be approved by broker before printing or use.
Agents with fewer than 12 transactions must submit documents to broker for review before presenting to client..
